I want to share what I heard in my spirit a few weeks ago during prayer before class …
“Your name is oil poured out.” Song of Solomon 1:3
I see a people who embody the Name of God and are vessels in the earth of the exact way He is spoken of in the Bible. Just like Mary in the New Testament became the oil poured out that was written in the Old Testament, so we will become the very words of the Word to glorify the Father through the Son.
These expressions of His great love will release who He is as He said Himself. Those who know His name are pouring out the oil of it and a beautiful stream of Heaven is touching hearts right now.
The Bible says that there is tangible oil that comes out when we come into an atmosphere where the name of God is. His very name is the oil that cannot be contained. In His name is a smearing upon our hearts of Heaven. The shine of His glory comes through all things when His name is spoken. The tongue that utters His holy name is like a dam breaking loose in the world. It ushers in a surge of the most precious oil. The lungs that exhale the name of God are the winds that move this oil all around us. And the heart that responds to the sound of His name is the one that lives submerged in the depths of a substance no can fully comprehend.
This is going to be a year where words are few, but oil is plentiful, because the body of Christ is displaying who God says He is. Keep His name on your lips and capture every drop of oil that follows. Then watch as your relationship with God transforms every part of you and your family and beyond.
